Description
Duties:
- Communicate with customers via various face to face channels
- Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and issue resolution
- Upsell products and services to customers when appropriate
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Analyze customer needs to recommend the best solutions
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
- Maintain customer records by updating account information regularly
Skills:
- Proficient in English; multilingual abilities, are a plus
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers
- Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Ability to analyze information and solve problems efficiently
- Bilingual skills are highly desirable for this role
Job Types:

From £25,186.51 per year
