Description

Duties:


  • Communicate with customers via various face to face channels
  • Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and issue resolution
  • Upsell products and services to customers when appropriate
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
  • Analyze customer needs to recommend the best solutions
  • Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
  • Maintain customer records by updating account information regularly

Skills:


  • Proficient in English; multilingual abilities, are a plus
  • Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers
  • Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
  • Ability to analyze information and solve problems efficiently
  • Bilingual skills are highly desirable for this role

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
From £25,186.51 per year
