Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Start Date: Immediate starts available

Location: Silloth, Wigton

Pay Rate: £12.00 per hour

Hours of work: Monday
  • Friday 8am 4pm

Responsibilities:


  • Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments
  • Organize and maintain files and records
  • Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events
  • Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies and maintaining office equipment
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Be able to drive and have transport to get to site

Benefits & Requirements:


  • Hourly rate as above (not age dependent)
