Grade UE04 £23,144 to £25,138 per annum (A revised salary range for this grade of £24,533 to £27,181 is planned to take effect from Spring 2024).

CSE / School of Geosciences.

Open Ended Contract - Permanent.

Full Time - 35 Hours Per Week.


The post-holder will provide support for all day-to-day activities related to the management of a group of buildings on our city centre campus.

This includes maintenance, Health & Safety, security and organisational issues relevant within functional public buildings.

This post is full-time (35 hours per week).


Your skills and attributes for success:

  • Ability to support a broad range of users, dealing with their requests promptly and appropriately.
  • Excellent IT and communication skills.
  • Confidence to work independently using good judgement and problemsolving skills to resolve issues within your remit.
  • Awareness of Health and Safety issues and practices associated with public buildings.
