As Business Support Officer, you will be responsible for delivering high quality business support services to our internal and external stakeholders and customers.
You will provide an excellent level of customer service, answer telephone calls, handle written enquiries and deliver a variety of different services to our customers.
The role requires you to be customer focused with the ability to professionally handle daily demands while achieving excellent quality results.
You will support various departments in accordance with business needs, giving you the opportunity to develop your knowledge of the organisation.
You will also review your own workload regularly to accommodate changing work priorities and be flexible to carry out necessary ad hoc administrative tasks when required.

What we are looking for
- Good customer service, data entry and administration skills.
- Accuracy and an eye for detail.
- Working unsupervised when required, and as part of a team.
- Ability to manage conflicting priorities.
- Competent IT skills including use of Microsoft Word/Excel.

- Interviews will take place 18 and 19 March 2024 via MS Teams.
- This role will be based in the office 12 days a week, and from home rest of the week.
