Here's what you need to know about this job role:
Providing personal care that includes bathing, dressing and feeding
Promote the principles of Person-Centred Care through your working day
Promote independence and support to your residents
Engaging in activities with the residents through encouragement
Recording of resident's daily activities through logbooks that includes food/fluid intake, this could be paper or electronic
Any other tasks as directed by home manager

Requirements for a Day Care Assistant:
Enhanced DBS clearance - this is provided by Bailey Care
Previous experience required
