Ambition are currently working with a leading global advisory firm that are hiring for experienced
Senior Insolvency Administrators or
Assistant Insolvency Managers for either their
formal insolvency team or advisory team in London.

The firm has an excellent track record for progressing staff within their teams and will not hold you back. The firm has young demographic and this extends to the most senior levels within the business.

Formal Insolvency Team


Responsibilities:


  • Use IPS case management system for all cases, react to diary prompts as appropriate and deal with daily banking issues
  • Visit client's premises/offices and liaise with client's employees, agents and solicitors as necessary
  • Build and maintain relationships with other professionals
  • Draft nonstandard correspondence and statutory/bank reports
  • Deal with all aspects of case administration in formal insolvency matters including
    CVA, CVL, MVL, Administration, LPA and Administrative Receivership:
  • Drafting of information memoranda, liaising with interested parties in respect of sale of business and/or assets

Accelerated M&A:


  • Stakeholder management
  • Undertake detailed financial analysis of statutory accounts, management information, short term cash flow forecasts and longerterm integrated forecast models, including the identification of key trends and performance drivers.
  • Draft sections of reports for review by Managers, Directors, and Managing Directors where appropriate, delegating tasks as required to other members of the team and ensuring their timely completion.
  • Assume responsibility for client relations and liaise with clients, clients' employees, agents and solicitors as necessary.
  • With the assistance of clients and historic financial information, create forecasts in Microsoft Excel.
  • Assist in the preparation of tenders for new work and lender panels liaising with other offices and service lines as appropriate.
  • Draft short form Information Memorandum's, maintain interested party's schedules and liaise with potential purchasers in accelerated M&A transactions.
