Absolute Engineering are a globally recognised leading engineering manufacturer specialising withing bespoke high-speed printing industry. We are looking for
a Semi-skilled Mechanical Assembler to join the team at Skelmanthorpe, Huddersfield.


Salary:


  • Up to £16p/h based on experience and qualifications
  • Permanent role
  • Overtime rate x1.5

Job Role:


  • The role will involve working with a range of in house carefully designed chambers used in printing industry.
  • Working with carbon fibre chambers.
  • Drilling, inserting, gluing, fitting, sanding, polishing, screwing etc.
  • Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organisation.
  • Follow all health and safety procedures and protocols.

Requirements:


  • A very good attention to detail.
  • Patience and desire to complete a given job to perfection.
  • Ability to work flexibly and efficiently, able to adapt quickly to changing work schedules.
  • Ability to diagnose errors or technical problems quickly to determine and initiate best practice solutions.

Working hours:


  • Monday to Thursday 07:30 16:30 & Friday 07:30 14:00
  • 40 hours a week
