Description

The Children's Service Coordinator is responsible for the smooth delivery of administration functions, including line management, within the Community Paediatric service on a day-to-day basis.

They will work closely with the Assistant Service Manager and the administration team, to ensure an effective service for patients.

They will also have responsibilities in supporting the Service Manager with the day to day running of the paediatric clinics and Hackney Ark functions.


Key duties included:


  • Supervise the Reception Administrators
  • Line manage the Paediatric secretarial / coordinator staff
  • Day to day management of administration
  • Contributing to the strategic developments within the departments
  • Responsible for ensuring effective systems and processes to ensure all data requirements are monitored and managed
  • Ensure data quality and performance across the division
  • Ensure a child friendly service to patients
