Account Lead/ Account Manager

Client:

We are looking for a lively, fun Account Manager for a super cool, creative and caring client of ours.

A full-service engagement agency delivering magic for audiences in virtual, hybrid and live events, strategy, content, productionand technology. They are a communication, engagement and logístical agency for some of the world's leading organizations.


Job purpose:


The Account Manager will support the Snr Account Lead/Account Lead across a set of key clients as well as being the day to day client point of contact on projects as directed by the Snr Account Lead/Account Lead.


Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

Client/ Account Management

Supporting the implementation of Key Stakeholder relationship management

  • Supporting Snr Account Lead / Account Lead in the development & implementation of client retention strategy
  • Understanding and involvement in new business (existing client) strategy and targets
  • Delivery of all client SLA's / KPI's for allocated accounts
  • In conjunction with Snr Account Lead / Account Lead, preparation and timely delivery of allocated RFP responses
  • Supporting the preparation and timely delivery of stakeholder proposals
  • Supporting the Snr Account Lead / Account Lead in the delivery of new client onboarding initiatives
  • Supporting the team on client business reviews
  • Preparation and delivery of client feedback & case studies (both internally & externally)
Project Management

  • Lead on projects for key clients as determined by Snr Account Lead / Account Lead in conjunction with commercial & strategic objectives
  • Oversee project management of allocated client projects
  • Ensure effective handover of projects to operational team(s)
  • Joining key project calls and planning meetings as and when required
Budget Reconciliation & Finance Management

  • Prepare initial budgets and SOW's
  • Management & delivery of Job Log & Project Management GM targets
Overall responsibility for client budgets and event profitability

Post Event Reporting & Case Studies

  • Reviewing post event reports in conjunction with relevant operational teams
  • Creation of client presentations to agreed deadlines post event
  • Liaising with internal touch teams to create post event case studies as required
Resource Management

  • Input of timesheet activity on a weekly basis
General

Work collaboratively with Board, Peers and all teams to ensure effective delivery of all client projects, including travelling on site as required

  • Attend company training days as and when required
  • Attend company meetings as and when required
  • Undertake any additional task as required to support the business
