Services Lead - South West Region
**Home based
22.2hrs per week (part time)

Grade 4 (lower) point 29-33:
£35,415 - £39,514 FTE per annum (£21,249 - £23,708.40 per annum) plus £480 Home Based Allowance
Fixed term until 31st March 2024 (with the possibility of becoming permanent)

Introduction to the role and service

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a service portfolio of children and family services across the South West of the UK.

You will be managing a small team of project leads to oversee effective service delivery and contract compliance alongside an OperationalManager.

We are looking for someone who is motivated, passionate, and wanting to make a difference to the lives of vulnerable children, young people and families, ensuring the highest standards of quality and service user experience are upheld.

You will have a track record as a service lead in a relevant child, family or vulnerable adults' field and will work closely with the Operational Manager to ensure the effective management and development of services in your region.

You will ensure the safe and effective delivery of trauma-informed services while working innovatively to extend their impact.

Your skills
You will be person centred and committed to ensuring there is equality of access to services.

You will ensure that service users are treated with dignity and their specific needs are prioritised to improve their sense of wellbeing.

The post holder will hold a minimum NVQ Level 4 qualification or equivalent in the relevant discipline such as health, social care, counselling, therapy, education, or youth work.

You will bring an experience of managing interventions and service models focusedon good child and family practice.

The post holder should be committed to continued professional development and have a sound knowledge of underpinning theories of practice models relevant to different service types.

You will have a strong track record in service delivery and a focus on quality, performance, safeguarding and management controls.

With an inclusive approach, you will be passionate about engaging our service users in all aspects of our work including co-production.

We want to hire a 'can-do' and enthusiastic lead who will build and sustain positive working relationships with key commissioners and future funders, while developing partnerships that will continue to evolve and effectively meet the needs of everyone theservices support.

This role will be home based with frequent travel to services across the South West and occasional travel to our Head Office in London.
