Senior Consultancy Delivery Lead (NHS)


A leading provider of health data analytics solutions require a Senior Consultancy Delivery Lead with significant healthcare sector experience and a clinical background within the NHS.


This is an exciting opportunity to be a leading member of an expanding team that is working with clients across the UK to lead transformation initiatives that puts the patient at the heart of everything that a health economy aims to achieve for its population.

The role is key to supporting clients to deliver collaborative models of care which they can scale to achieve sustainable outcomes.


Experience:


  • Strong background within NHS Acute Trusts
  • Clinical/consultancy background within healthcare having worked with health data (its collection, analysis and uses)
  • Experience of having worked in clinical care e.g. as a nurse or doctor, or in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Midwifery is especially of interest
  • Demonstrated success facilitating at the most senior client level
  • Strong personal network and active within a professional group
  • Service codesign and knowledge and use of quality improvement methodologies
  • The ability to understand and facilitate at live interactive playbacks of data with analytical support

Role & Skills:


  • An understanding of health systems thinking and health management in effective clinical care
  • An ability to develop a good understanding of using Statistical Process Control (SPC) techniques (training will be available)
  • Demonstrate the use of an evidencebased approach to professional work
  • Using qualitative and quantitative evaluation measures
  • Numerically literate
  • Feel comfortable in customer facing situations and be able to communicate clearly with people at different levels of the customer organisation
  • Be able to be seen as a business partner to customer organisations, understanding business process management and organisational development

This role can be home or office based or a hybrid model, with visits to client sites in the UK often being required.
