Location:
Rochdale


Salary:
£30,000 - £35,000 dependent on experience

Full time - 37 hours per week

With our Client we are looking to appoint a Talent Acquisition Coordinator reporting to the Manager on a full time, permanent basis.

Due to success of the company there is a now the opportunity to grow the acquisition team.

Looking for someone to over see all aspects of the recruitment process and provide recruitment support to the wider company.


Person Specification:

  • Previous Experience within Recruitment or Talent Acquisition
  • Proactive approach to workload
  • Ability to manage own workload and work to deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail
  • IT literate
  • High level interpersonal & communication skills working with a diverse set of people
  • Experience of various methods of assessment and selection
  • Experience advising and influencing Hiring Managers
  • Experience using social media for advertising

Daily Duties:

  • Support promotion, recruitment and inductions
  • Liaise with key stakeholders to support new ways of working
  • Support reporting, key performance indicators, and evaluation of the programme
  • Write & Post adverts on relevant websites, including checking and raising job vacancies/requisitions from hiring managers
  • Complete first stage screening interviews either on the phone or on Teams
  • To coordinate the interview process, including supporting managers in holding interviews and drafting questions.
  • Preemployment checks for all staff and workers in line with their policies
- employment checks are carried out and recorded accurately

  • Arrange attendance at recruitment fairs and open days as appropriate, giving advice and information to members of the public about recruitment within the programme
  • Organising and conducting career talks with schools and colleges
  • To support with the building of the Primary Care brand by maintaining and managing social media content
