£30,000 - £35,000 dependent on experience

With our Client we are looking to appoint a Talent Acquisition Coordinator reporting to the Manager on a full time, permanent basis.
Looking for someone to over see all aspects of the recruitment process and provide recruitment support to the wider company.
Person Specification:
- Previous Experience within Recruitment or Talent Acquisition
- Proactive approach to workload
- Ability to manage own workload and work to deadlines
- Strong attention to detail
- IT literate
- High level interpersonal & communication skills working with a diverse set of people
- Experience of various methods of assessment and selection
- Experience advising and influencing Hiring Managers
- Experience using social media for advertising
Daily Duties:
- Support promotion, recruitment and inductions
- Liaise with key stakeholders to support new ways of working
- Support reporting, key performance indicators, and evaluation of the programme
- Write & Post adverts on relevant websites, including checking and raising job vacancies/requisitions from hiring managers
- Complete first stage screening interviews either on the phone or on Teams
- To coordinate the interview process, including supporting managers in holding interviews and drafting questions.
- Preemployment checks for all staff and workers in line with their policies
- Arrange attendance at recruitment fairs and open days as appropriate, giving advice and information to members of the public about recruitment within the programme
- Organising and conducting career talks with schools and colleges
- To support with the building of the Primary Care brand by maintaining and managing social media content
