Are you looking to start your career in Customer Service whilst gaining a Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner Apprenticeship?

As an Apprentice you will be completing a Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner Apprenticeship with Babcock Training.

This will involve a Regional Trainer visiting you on a regular basis to deliver the training and guide you through your apprenticeship.

Be computer literate and can easily navigate between different screens/systems

Have a positive attitude which is customer and team focused

Be adaptable to change and flexible in your approach

Have excellent written and verbal communication skills

None required as full training will be delivered.
