Customer Service Advisor

Full time and Permanent

Hybrid working - 2 days per week in Watford (WD18)

What are we looking for?

  • Previous experience within a customer service role, this could be face to face or over the phone
  • Excellent communicator both written and verbal
  • Great attention to detail
  • A people person who is able to build rapport with others
  • Computer literate as you'll be using a number of inhouse systems
  • Helpful and empathetic attitude

Salary
- £24,640 per annum
- £800 lunch allowance on top of your salary


Hours of work -

  • Monday to Friday: 8am 4:30pm
