- Performing regular backups to ensure data preservation.
- Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors.
- Using software tools to manage data effectively.
A successful Administrator should have:

- Strong communication skills.
- An understanding of data confidentiality principles.
- A background or interest in the Not For Profit sector.
