Description

This role is based in South Gloucesterhsire and the company offers hybrid working (Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday in the office and Thursday and Friday from home).


Their HR team provides a full and comprehensive administrative support service to business units (from the Northwest through to the Midlands and Southwest), incorporating a variety to workload, including support to Recruitment, Training and Development and Health and Safety.


HR are integral to the success of the delivery of our services and as an employer of choice, and the business is seeking someone who relishes being such an important part to the success of a business.


The HR Administrator role:


You will be carrying out a wide range of administrative tasks to strict daily, weekly, and monthly deadlines including, but not exclusive to.

To provide an effective and efficient administrative support service to Human Resources, Recruitment, Training and Development, Health, and Safety

To provide back-up cover (e.g., holidays, sickness) to the company's payroll function.

To provide Head Office Reception cover as and when required (infrequent)

Administer the health and safety training and toolbox talks matrices including recording activity using the HR system.


Co-ordinate training course and record all company training in the format required, keeping accurate records of the evidence of training completion for audit purposes.


Your Experience:

Previous HR administrative experience is desirable, but not essential - general administration experience is essential.

You'll have proven experience in a similar fast paced and deadline driven role and will be confident in using various computer packages including MS Office, but specifically Outlook and Excel (basic level)

Strong multi-tasking skills and a proactive approach to the job are fundamental to this role. You can manage your workload while working within a reactive environment.

You will value first class customer service and value relationships both internally and externally.

Education to GCSE level or equivalent with 5 GCSEs at grade C or above (to include maths and English)


Salary
£23,265 or £12.11 an hour
