It is recognised as one of the UK's most prestigious venues for sport, business, leisure and entertainment with a capacity of up to 50,000 people for concerts; 26,000 for international cricket matches; meetings and events spaces for up to 2,000 delegates; a four-star hotel with 250-bedroom Hilton Garden Inn hotel, which has 135 pitch facing rooms, and an on-site Caffè Nero.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and conscientious individuals to join our hospitality team in delivering excellent customer service to all our customers.


Key Responsibilities

  • To provide reception services for all of our Customers and to be the main point of the contact for the Teams and Customers regarding the Club.
  • Ensure an efficient reception experience for all Guests, including arrival and departure experience
  • Complete audit procedures as directed
  • Ensure a positive outcome for any guest queries in an efficient and timely manner
  • Ensure that the procedures are followed and actioned daily.
  • Assist with other departments as necessary
  • Monitor all CCTV, FLS panels for the Stadium & Hotel and liaise with onsite Security, Fire Team, Emergency Services
  • Deal with any car parking issues and barriers
  • Act as Fire Marshall in the event of an emergency

Essential Requirements

  • Previous experience in Reception
  • Previous experience with cash handling
  • Good level of IT skill
  • Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
  • Positive attitude and good communication skills
  • Flexible to work mornings and evenings
  • Ability to work on own and as part of a team
  • Excellent grooming standards
