You will manage a portfolio of client accounts working with Coaches, Therapists and Holistic Healers, Consultants and Course Creators to provide done-for-you launches and programs through digital on-line marketing.


You will also be working for their sister companies that are paving the way in a revolutionary instant transformational modality that transforms any limiting beliefs that affect people in the work place and at home.

They are moving all of their marketingand advertising from out-sourced Agency based to being entirely in-house.

Does this interest you?

We are looking for a Digital Marketing & Social Media Advertising Executive who has the ambition to move into a Director role and grow a Digital In-house Marketing Team around them.

You will be reporting directly to the Founder / CEO and will work alongside the wider digital marketing team.


You will be responsible for:


  • Creating, developing and implementing the digital marketing strategy both inhouse and client side
  • Social Media marketing, growing social media platforms, reporting on trends and implement solutions.
  • Responsible for all the businesses social media as well as our client's social media
  • Be able to grow existing social media and also set up brand new ones
  • Create, Implement, drive and manage all digital strategies across Facebook, YouTube, Instagram and TikTok
  • Implement, drive and manage Facebook & YouTube Advertising campaigns
  • Manage high end budgets (Inhouse and client) of £1mil+ and not afraid to take risks. We have ambitious plans to quadruple turnover in the next 3 years and we envisage this budget growing quickly.
  • Driving sales through digital marketing
  • Manage google suite including search console and analytics
  • Have a proactive test and learn philosophy
  • Experience of optimising campaigns to keen business KPIs
  • Reporting of campaign / key metrics on the channel performance to CEO & Senior stakeholders on a weekly/adhoc basis
  • Analysing the performance of campaigns and both implementing changes and making recommendations for improvements
  • Growing and managing an Inhouse Digital Marketing team

Do you have? (If you don't tick all the boxes, but think you have what it takes in thie role we would still love to hear from you...)

  • At least 12 years' experience in a similar role
  • Excellent knowledge of SEO tools
  • Excellent knowledge of implementing, running and managing Facebook & YouTube Advertising Campaigns.
  • Experience of managing £1mil+ budget and not afraid to take risks
  • Experience in leading and delivering social media campaigns and strategies
  • Experience in managing ecommunication and automation platforms
  • Video editing experience and PR knowledge would be great, but not essential
  • Excellent time management skills and highly organised
  • Be open minded, forward thinking, creative, adaptable, intelligent, and open to change
  • Display a 'can do' attitude and be willing to lead, grow & help the wider digital marketing team
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Willingness to share knowledge, ideas and expertise with the wider marketing team
  • Display personality and humour, with a professional and positive attitude
