Description
Key Duties:
- Negotiate rents by liaising with Lettings Manager and keep updated with rental price changes in the local market
- Oversee tenancy renewals; liaise with tenants and landlords
- Draft renewal paperwork
- Negotiate terms of the lease with tenants and landlord
- Amend deposits and maintain records of Renewal status
- Coordinate change of tenancies and send required paperwork
- Stay updated with current legislation relating to the Lettings industry
- Serve notices to quit or to increase rent on behalf of the owners
Key Skills:
- At least 1 years' experience handling tenancy renewals
- Experience drafting Tenancy Agreements
- Great attention to detail
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and against tight deadlines
- Good IT skills
