Key Duties:


  • Negotiate rents by liaising with Lettings Manager and keep updated with rental price changes in the local market
  • Oversee tenancy renewals; liaise with tenants and landlords
  • Draft renewal paperwork
  • Negotiate terms of the lease with tenants and landlord
  • Amend deposits and maintain records of Renewal status
  • Coordinate change of tenancies and send required paperwork
  • Stay updated with current legislation relating to the Lettings industry
  • Serve notices to quit or to increase rent on behalf of the owners

Key Skills:


  • At least 1 years' experience handling tenancy renewals
  • Experience drafting Tenancy Agreements
  • Great attention to detail
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and against tight deadlines
  • Good IT skills
