The Cooneen Group are currently recruiting for a Procurement Coordinator on a permanent basis to join the production team in Fivemiletown.

The Job:
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Attend mobilisation meetings for new CMT production and obtain component cards from Mobilisation Manager.
- Create and maintain library of physical component cards for all CM manufacturing.
- Analyse customer forecast and previous years usage to identify fabric and component usage in advance of orders being placed.
- Raise POs for all fabric and components required for CM production in line with production plan.
- Negotiate delivery terms / prices with the supplier.
- Highlight any price increases from suppliers and notify line manager.
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure product arrives on time.
- Obtain and review fabric test reports for each batch of fabric and advise the Quality Department of any failures.
- Obtain CoCs for all components purchased and store in organised folders.
- Manage and maintain stock levels of all fabric and components for CM production using Component Requirement Report.
- Manage and update prices / lead times on PRIMA.
- Organize monthly stock take in CM factories and keep up to date records of all stock.
- Analyse stock usage monthly and update PRIMA with maximum and minimum stock levels as necessary.
- Reconcile usage of fabric and components against production.
- Identify BOM inconsistencies and arrange update with Technical Department if BOM is inaccurate.
- Observe all Company Rules, Standard Operating Procedures and Company Policies particularly in relation to Health and Safety, Harassment, Disciplinary and ICT Security.
- Any other duties deemed necessary by line manager.
Essential Criteria
- Previous experience in a procurement role.
- Analytical IT skills, proficient in Mircosoft Office suite.
- Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Procurement or related field.
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent planning/Organising skills
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Can build relationships easily
- Meticulous/pays attention to detail
Desirable Criteria
- Experience in manufacturing procurement role.
- Experience of dealing with suppliers.
