Role:
Rental Controller - HVAC Hire

Location:
Trafford Park - Manchester

Salary:
£35,000 - £40,000 + Quarterly Bonus


We are engaged with a leading business in the HVAC hire service where they stock a full range of Chillers, Boilers, Heaters, Air Conditioners and Dehumidifiers.

Their boiler fleet has been designed & built-in house which means they can offer a high levelof flexibility & quality, as well as a capability to provide solutions to almost any sector or scenario & an unmatched capacity to service their clients.


They are looking for a Senior Rental Controller who will be responsible for managing and growing a key account which generates £12M for the business, so proven account management is essential for this position.

This is an office-based role which is locatedin Trafford Park. The role reports to the Hire Director.


Ideally, you will be someone with knowledge and experience in the HVAC industry or General Hire and have a proven record of selling such products in the hire industry.

You will be accountable for managing the relationship, working with the operation teamto deliver, and profitability growth. Customer and Industry knowledge, strong presentation skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently or as a team. Ability to be organized and thorough.
