Are you interested in working for an award winning social care charity?
Personal Assistants (Support Workers) have the most important role within ENABLE Scotland by making a positive difference every day to the lives of the people we support.
Each person we support has different support needs, so your role as Support Worker may include assisting them with various aspects of personal care, moving and handling or positive behavioural support whilst expanding their social networks and connections.
ENABLE Scotland creates a bespoke team around every individual we support, and our team of Personal Assistants work collaboratively to ensure the safety, wellbeing and aspirations of the people we support are met.
The people we support have many varied interests and hobbies and have many of the same dreams and aspirations as we do; they just too often do not get the opportunity to experience these same opportunities.

David and John live together in a purpose-built bungalow.
They enjoy going to clubs in the evenings and going to many activities during the day including Bowling, Cinema and swimming.
They are both wheelchair users and have all equipment needed to support them to live their life to the full.
Both men enjoy a good laugh and enjoy good fun activities with their team.
They are seeking a new staff member to join an established team that will help and support you to work with both men.
