The current opportunity is for a Commercial Coordinator to join our Global Freight Trading Team, based in Central London, United Kingdom.

What role will you play in our team:

If successful you will be an integral part of our Freight Trading team, supporting our traders in the execution of day to day activities.

What you will do:

Collaborate effectively with multinational and crossfunctional teams
Understand freight market economics including Worldscale, TCEs and FFA
Develop insights and make recommendations based on economic and market analysis
Forecast and assess impact of business decisions
Communicate effectively with internal and external customers (oral, written, presentation, listening)
Support Global Freight Trading Leadership Team
Demonstrate leadership paired with strong communication and interpersonal skills

About you:

Commercially minded with a focus on value creation
Strong drive, motivation and continuous improvement mindset
Demonstrable analytical and problem solving skills
Solid proficiency in MS Office particularly MS Excel
Knowledge of other data analysis tools e.g. Python, R, SQL, Tableau an advantage
