The Role

Finance Manager - Progressive Role - Hybrid Working - Growing Organisation
We are delighted to be working with a growing organisation in their search for a new Finance Manager to join them on a permanent basis in January/February 2023
Managing a small team, you'll be responsible for Management Accounts for multiple sites plus group reporting and leading on audit

Duties will include:

Production of monthly management accounts for the trust and trading companies
Review and reconcile, income, expenditure and balance sheet accounts and process month end journals as necessary.
Oversee the preparation of monthend schedules as part of the management accounts process and yearend schedules in advance of the annual audit.
Review of monthly payroll and pension information and their reconciliation for associated statutory reporting
Maintaining fixed assets register
Preparing cashflow forecasts/assisting with treasury management
Providing financial management support in relation to funding bids and capital projects

About You
The successful Finance Manager will meet the following requirements:

ACCA/CIMA/CIPFA part or fully Qualified
Strong management accounting experience
People management skills/experience
Capable of working independently pulling together full sets of accounts
Looking for a path to Financial Controller

Permanent Role
Annual salary: £41,49044,539
Holliday entitlement: 24 days plus bank holidays (increases with length of service)
Hybrid working flex on start and finish times
