Swan Hill Residential Home is an elegant Georgian Building located in the heart of Shrewsbury.

Delivering a truly person-centric service every day.

As part of the Swan Hill family on nights, you will be expected to:

provide support and supervision throughout the night to elderly residents and to respond and attend to any personal care needs that might arise during the night.

- complete any housekeeping tasks as instructed
- keep accurate and relevant night records including reporting and recording of any accidents or incidents that occur during your shift.
- administer and record prescribed medication according to the homes polices and procedures (only applicable once full training and competency assessment has been completed)

Pay is between £10-£12 an hour, dependant on experience and qualifications, however you will be supported with a development plan to reach your maximum earning potential.
