- A permanent, fulltime position in a wellreputed Special School for Autism (08:00 16:00 or 08:30 16:30)
- Playing an active role in managing the behaviour of students with ASC and SEMH needs on a 1:1 basis.
- Delivering strategised and ongoing behavioural and emotional interventions.
- Participating in daily debriefs and planning sessions with the whole school body and Leadership Team.
- Working closely with Educational Psychologists, Curriculum Leads, Speech and Language Therapists, and other multiagency staff.
- Support students to develop resilience, independence and emotional regulation, both with their learning and in forming positive relationships with peers and staff.
