The role:

Responsibilities:


  • Have knowledge and understanding of Health & Safety polices & regulations
  • Understanding of COSHH regulations
  • Ability to identify risks/hazards and mitigate/reduce them
  • Monitor and manage control of resources and stock levels
  • Ability to organise more stock when required
  • Undertake routine work in accordance with the planned preventative maintenance
  • Use IT systems to communicate and record information
  • Interact with staff, visitors, pupils and parents in a friendly and professional manner

Experience:


  • All round building and general maintenance
  • Electric work
  • Plumbing work
  • Carpentry work
  • Painting and Decoration work
  • Thorough approach to work and commitment to a quality finish

Qualifications:

  • Level 23 Health & Safety
  • Driving License
Working hours are 2:30pm to 6:30pm during term time and 8:30am to 12:am in holiday time.

Transport and tools are provided.


Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent

Part-time hours: 20 per week


Salary:
£11.00-£13.00 per hour
