Key responsibilities of this administrator position

  • Generation and assignment of PPM activities
  • Supporting the coordination of subcontractor activities
  • Raising and monitoring remedial works
  • Chase subcontractors for dates for visits
  • Updating clients
  • Action on any date changes and ensuring client is made aware
  • Chasing subcontractor service sheets

Profile

The ideal administrator will have:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficient in MS excel
  • Work with a team and using their own initiative
  • Ability to deal with pressure and to tight deadlines
