Finance Administrator (Central Recovery Team)

The Opportunity


We have an exciting opportunity for Finance Administrators to join our newly formed central recovery team in our Edinburgh office.

This is a fantastic opportunity for those who are looking to heavily influence the growth and effectiveness of a large, nationwideorganisation.


You'll be:


  • Ensuring all monies received are recorded accurately and on the required systems
  • Monitoring for debtors not making planned payments and escalate as required
  • Liaising with debtors to come up with a repayment plan
  • Providing reports and information to customers within pre agreed timescales.
  • Performing any adhoc administrative tasks to a high standard
  • Supporting other colleagues as and when required, displaying a "one team" approach
  • Have good knowledge of Excel and Word
  • Have good written and verbal communication skills
  • Have good attention to detail
  • Are able work effectively under pressure and manage to tight deadlines
  • Have Financial Services experience (desirable)
  • Have debt recovery experience (desirable)
