Permanent - Part time working 3 mornings a week 9 hours, there is flexibility on start and finish times support childcare or someone looking to reduce their working hours.
Immediate start preferable
We are offering a competitive salary of up to £25,000 (salary will be pro rata for part time hours) which will be dependent on skills, experience and qualifications plus company benefits.
We are looking for someone to take up the role of HR Administrator you will provide an effective day to day HR & administration service to the team at Glebe Housing Association supporting all departments.
Glebe Housing Association is a small Association and this role will be supporting the 25 employees with all general HR administration duties and supporting with some general admin support.
You will need to have experience of in HR administration and keeping our HRIS Breathe HR up to date, supporting with advertising and shortlisting for vacancies, pre-employment checks offer and contracts calculating annual leave, and providing the monthly information of new starters and any amendment to contracts etc to the finance department for payroll.
You must be able to work on your own initiative and be pro-active in completing all the necessary tasks.
You must have experience of working in HR Administration and HRIS system
We are a small busy hand's on Association and are looking for someone who has the skills and ability to hit the ground running.

Summary of Key Job requirements.
- Responsible for all dealing all day to day HR administration which includes end to end recruitment process, offer letters, preemployment checks, recording data and reporting etc.
- Supporting line managers and employees with general queries relating to pay, contract, maternity, paternity, unpaid leave etc.
- Giving supporting line managers by seeking guidance from the HR legal support team "Worknest" as and when required.
- Provide relevant information on new starters, salary changes, and changes in hours and terms and conditions of employment that impact on payroll
- Responsible for new starter information, and coordinating induction to ensure all new starter get inducted into the organisation
- Support with the training and development requirements of all staff
- DSE workstation assessments and reporting on KPI's
- Any other duties required as directed by CEO.
