Description
This is a fully office based role, working in a great, close knit team in Uxbridge.


The role will include:

  • Production and accurate completion of monthly and yearend accounts to ensure all deadlines are met and all documents are submitted for group and legal purposes
  • Provide financial information, guidelines and processes for other administration departments to make sure they fully understand the impact of not following processes
  • To work with Business Analyst to audit the systems modules to ensure being completed correctly
  • Involvement in yearend audit
  • Stock control understanding the reports and provisions applied and impact on the monthly accounts
  • Completion of all legal requirements from VAT returns, Intrastats, completing P11d's and any other requirements when necessary
  • Understanding the impact of the debtors on the monthly accounts, working with the credit controllers to reduce the negative impacts as much as possible
  • Filing and control of all documents as per the legal requirements
  • Assisting departments with cost control identifying to them where weaknesses are
