A fantastic opportunity has arisen within Bidvest Noonan for a Security Site Supervisor who will work at our clients prestigious site in Cambridge.

Role Purpose:

To direct and lead a Site Security Team, acting as an ambassador to both our client and Bidvest Noonan by always delivering a first class and professional service, while ensuring all duties are carried out in accordance with site procedures and policies

Key Duties:

Organizing work schedules and duty rosters
Managing on site team
Directing and guiding a team of experienced Security Personnel & Receptionist
Inspection duties and building status reports
Security audits and Incident Management
Staff Appraisals
Ensuring full compliance to GDPR protocols
Development of the Team to uphold service excellence
Administration duties necessary to ensure compliance to customer policies and regulations

Key Skills:

To be a diplomatic, selfmotivated individual, with a high level of knowledge of incident management, observation, and awareness.
Exceptional levels of customer focus and care will be demonstrated with the flexibility, energy, and desire to understand the client's culture and therefore deliver a lasting impression of the highest quality.
The ability to communicate clearly and effectively is essential.
Organizational and administrative skills will be essential to the role.
High standards of literacy, verbal and written communications are critical.

Key Requirements:

A valid frontline SIA Licence is essential
Site supervisor experience
Flexibility
Sound decision making skills
Good interpersonal skills
Good time management and administration skills
