Administrator - Rotherham - £22,000 - £24,300
Chase & Holland are proud to be working with a well-established Rotherham based business, who are actively seeking an Administrator to support the Property Acquisition team.
You must be proactive, organised and self-motivated with experience in Administration. This role is a fixed term contract of 12-18 months to cover Maternity.

Administrator Responsibilities:
- Follow all property acquisition procedures to the highest standard within a timely manner
- Professionally respond to incoming calls and manage diaries for meetings and viewings
- Arrange surveys and home buyer reports
- Generate documentation ready for properties going to market
- Amend and distribute all lease documents to the highest standard
- Ensure all records and property inventories are up to date and accurate
- Liaising with internal team and Housing Officers
- Accurately monitor property compliance licenses and certificates
Required skills & experience:
- Highly organised
- Ability to manage own workload
- Strong written skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Knowledge in the process of leasing or buying properties would be beneficial
