We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Administrator to join our client, a fast-growing and pioneering business with over 20 years' experience delivering modern IT services across all sectors.
Based in their Whiteley offices, you will provide administrative sales support to the Business Mobile team, handling all customer enquiries efficiently.
You will join a team that is passionate and focused on delivering an outstanding service, from customer interaction to cutting-edge digital and cloud technology across a range of industries.
Duties:
- Data management; maintain accurate and uptodate customer and sales records.
- Communicate with customers regarding orders, product information etc.
- Generate reports, analysing data trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Process sales orders accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate with logistics to arrange for timely product delivery.
- Monitor order fulfilment ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Manage and organise sales related documents, contracts, and agreements.
- Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team.
- Assist customers during and after sales, handling any queries.
About you:
- Strong administrative, organisational, and multitasking skills
- Passionate about providing an excellent customer service
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient using CRM and Microsoft
- Exceptional attention to detail and dataentry accuracy
- Knowledge of sales procedures and customer service principles
- Ability to prioritise and work proactively and collaboratively
- Proven experience working to deadlines
- Positive cando attitude
