Description
Agile Coach required for contract assignment with a multi-national defence client based in Bristol. 3 days on site 2 days wfh.

  • Agile Coach on the Future Combat Air System Program
  • Working closely with the Chief Systems engineer
  • Coaching and developing Scrum Masters within the Work Package
  • Coaching the Work Package leads and product owners
  • Resolving systemic impediments
  • Identify the value streams within the WP area
  • Strong experience with implement JIRA and confluence
  • Identifying improvements to ways of working and system flow
  • Working with other Agile coaches on the program to enact experiments and share lessons learnt
