We are excited to be looking for
Customer Service Advisors to join the team remotely at this major car comparison tech company as they edge closer to their peak season.

You'll be liaising with customers and dealerships, problem solving and in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

  • You will liaise with internal sales and account management teams as well as car dealerships to ensure the customer process is smooth and effortless
  • Update online collections and delivery portals
About You

  • Organised and professional with good attention to detail
  • Ability to deal with complaints and find an amicable solution
  • Working to KPIs
  • Strong team player
  • Flexible with regard to working hours (x2 Saturdays a month)
  • Previous automotive industry experience (desirable but not essential)
Working hours are Monday to Friday (usual office hours) with every other Saturday (either paid or as time back).

Fully remote after first day in the office in London.
