What is the role?
We are recruiting for an experienced Finance Assistant to join our busy Finance Team.
The purpose of the role is to provide a service to suppliers of goods and services, ensuring that their invoices are dealt with in a prompt and efficient manner.
The role will include:
- Processing Sub Contract invoices
- Processing and administration of BACS payments and BACS supplier payments
- Verify all new Sub
- Contractors in line with Construction Industry Scheme (CIS) standards and manage monthly CIS returns
- Maintaining new Sub-Contractor records for audit purposes
- Liaising with internal Teams to resolve queries
- Ensuring all invoices are uploaded onto our internal system
- Invoice matching to site orders and PODs
- Costing invoices to contracts
- Maintaining new supplier records for audit purposes
- Liaising with our internal teams to resolve price and order queries
- Ad hoc accounts duties
What we need from you?
- Previous experience in a similar role within a busy organisation
- COINS experience would be hugely beneficial
- Diligent and organised
- Strong attention to detail
- Excel skills desirable
- Good communication skills
