What is the role?
We are recruiting for an experienced Finance Assistant to join our busy Finance Team.

The purpose of the role is to provide a service to suppliers of goods and services, ensuring that their invoices are dealt with in a prompt and efficient manner.

The role will include:

Processing Sub Contract invoices
Processing and administration of BACS payments and BACS supplier payments
Verify all new Sub
Contractors in line with Construction Industry Scheme (CIS) standards and manage monthly CIS returns
Maintaining new Sub-Contractor records for audit purposes
Liaising with internal Teams to resolve queries
Ensuring all invoices are uploaded onto our internal system
Invoice matching to site orders and PODs
Costing invoices to contracts
Maintaining new supplier records for audit purposes
Liaising with our internal teams to resolve price and order queries
Ad hoc accounts duties

What we need from you?

Previous experience in a similar role within a busy organisation
COINS experience would be hugely beneficial
Diligent and organised
Strong attention to detail
Excel skills desirable
Good communication skills
