Your tasks:


  • Preparing daily reports and weekly and monthly presentations.
  • Supporting with the management of the Inventory team.
  • Chairing meetings as/when required and facilitating weekly crossfunctional meetings reporting on all cycle count activities.
  • To take full responsibility for all inventory accuracy from goods receipt to finished goods storage and despatch through to 3PL.
  • To drive the realization of 100% stock accuracy for each location.
  • To ensure the accurate and efficient implementation of engineering/level changes ensuring that stock levels remain correct and customer satisfaction is achieved.
  • To take ownership for reporting each discrepancy from point of highlight to full resolution, to track the outcome of each exception and aid in providing countermeasures/permanent corrective actions.
  • To maintain continued accuracy and reliability of stock records, analyzing stock status and movement of all parts under control whilst maintaining production continuity.

Your profile:


  • Supervisory experience.
  • SAP experience (desirable).
  • GCSEs in grades A-C (or equivalent).
  • Experience in a material control/production planning environment.
  • Knowledge of MFG/MRP and KANBAN systems.
  • Strong computer skills including the use of Microsoft Office and strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
