Description
Wates Group are looking to hire a highly efficient and organised Executive Assistant, to provide first-class support to our Chief Financial Officer, who acts also as Company Secretary.
The role requires a confident decision-maker and communicator and will have a proven track record as EA/PA at Board level.
Experience within a legal or financial environment would be a benefit.
To be successful you will have the initiative to prioritise effectively and problem-solve, which are pre-requisites, as this is a pressurised and demanding role encompassing a wide range of challenging responsibilities, including intense diary management and the co-ordination of meetings and events.
Proactive and with the confidence to work autonomously, you will be business-aware, customer-focused and will demonstrate the diplomacy and discretion required to deal with key stakeholders.
The position anticipates you working closely alongside the Assistant Company Secretary, playing a key support role in the preparation of meeting agendas and papers and the management of the corporate calendar.
You will be articulate, with strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent grammar and will have command of the full Microsoft Office suite.
