Description

We are searching for a self-motivated and ambitious Customer Service Advisor to join us based in Aldershot.

This role will be based onsite with our client and offers an exciting opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic about providing exceptional service.

You will playing a crucial role in ensuring families receive the essential support and effective communication they require.

Key Responsibilities will include (but not limited to)

Work with operations teams and other stakeholders, to ensure enquiries are successfully managed through to resolution and satisfaction in a timely manner
Provide guidance and support to all customer queries inbound to the Regional Service Centre
Maintain open communication, to provide regular updates and prevent complaints
Maintain successful working relationships, provide feedback and promote customer service excellence to ensure a positive and caring customer experience
Occasional travel to Housing head office located in Bulford
Confidence in systembased work
Strong customer service experience
Previous scheduling experience
Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
Good knowledge of Microsoft packages (Excel, Word, etc)
