ABC Teachers are seeking experienced SEND Teaching Assistants to work within a mainstream primary school within the Dudley/Worcester area.


You will be workingclosely with the class teacher to help support a Year 4 pupil on a 1:1 basis full-time, long-term.


The student you will be working alongside has an EHCP which you will need to understand and use to support them the best you can.

The key for this student/school is consistency. You will need to build a good relationship with the student to work well together and ensure progress.


The right person needs to have a passion for supporting pupils, experience working with SEND and the ability to form good relationships with students.

To be considered for the SEN Teaching Assistant position, you will:

  • Have previous experience working with SEND children
  • Have suitable qualifications to work with young people
  • Have strong communications skills with all stakeholders
  • Able to cater to different children's needs
