Recruitment Solutions are working with a market leading company.Due to massive growth they are looking for a number of Claims Administrators to Join their team on a permanant basis.
Home working is an option after 12 week probation
As a Claims Administrator you will be the first point of contact and you will be expected to process consumers claims, deal with inbound and outbound calls and offer support to other departments on site.
Duties Include:
- Maintain claims allocated and make formal assessments
- Raising purchase orders
- Make cost effective decision on all claims
- Update weekly reports
- Any other duties
- Previous Admin experience is preferred but not essential
- Strong Admin skills
- Strong communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Confident in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Working Days, Hours and Salary:
- Monday
- Friday
- 8.30am5pm
