Are you looking for the next step in your Product Development career?

We are working with a rapidly growing company based in the Lincolnshire area. You will be joining the team in a nearly created role to help support the growth they are experiencing.

You will be responsible for managing and assisting in the product development from kitchen through to factory launch for some of the UK's leading retailers and foodservice accounts.

You will need to have brilliant communication skills and will be expected to build and create relationships across the cross-functional teams and customers.

What qualifications and experience are required for this role?

Ideally a Food Science Degree or equivalent with a minimum of 1 years' experience in a manufacturing environment
Competent using IT software packages including Word, Excel and Outlook
Food hygiene and safety, HACCP

Experience:

Previous experience within a manufacturing environment in one of the following areas: Development, Technical, Production or Graduated in related discipline
Good organisational skills and project coordination
Good attention to detail and spots opportunities for improvement
A pragmatic problem solver and agile in finding solutions
A selfstarter who is keen and driven to improve
