As a Quality Assurance Specialist at Car Loans UK you will be given comprehensive training including in house systems, FCA and compliance training as well as customer service skills.


Responsibilities:


  • Monitoring communication with clients, partners & business executives
  • Auditing the assessments of 1st level supervisors
  • Providing clear & effective feedback, verbally and written
  • Reporting results & trends to key stakeholders
  • Implementing and managing a risk based monitoring framework
  • Communicating recommendations of remedial actions & process changes
  • Delivery of customer focus calibration sessions
  • Maintaining logs of trends and key performance indicators
  • Managing the configuration of call recording system

Experience

  • The ability to work under pressure at times and prioritise workload
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • The ability to understand risk and quality assurance
  • Knowledge of GDPR, FCA, ICO and Identifying vulnerable customers.
  • Great team player who enjoys supporting your colleagues
