We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Advisor to join our team in Jewson Hythe (CT21 6LG)
As a
Customer Service Advisor, your role will be essential to keeping our branch running smoothly.

From serving our customers at the trade counter and helping outside in the yard to processing customer orders and monitoring stock levels,you'll be at the heart of our operations.

You will be in regular contact with our customers and therefore you play a huge part in delivering a fantastic customer experience

We're a busy and well-established branch right on the South Kent coast, just south of Folkestone, and we pride ourselves on doing everything we can to understand our customers' needs to deliver solutions to save them time, money, and hassle.

Some experience we are looking for:

A passion for delivering great customer service
A flexible approach to work; happy to work in various departments within the branch
A great team player: ready to support colleagues and customers when needed
A confident communicator, both over the phone and in branch

Hours of Work:
Monday-Friday 7:30am-17:00pm and every other Saturday 8:00am-12:00pm

What will I be doing?

As this role has a strong focus on customer service, we are looking for someone who loves to build relationships with customers both face to face and over the phone.

Our colleagues are critical to our customers' success and you will be working with a teamthat proactively supports them in every way possible.

In order to support our customers and deliver a great service you will;

Get to know our products and services in order to make the most of all customer interactions
Develop great relationships with new and existing customers (both face to face and over the phone)
Understand customer needs and provide proactive advice and solutions
Use our inhouse systems to process customer orders, organise delivery times, and keep customers updated throughout their journey
Keep the branch looking clean and tidy, to make a great first impression on our customers
Maintain stock levels, carrying out regular stock counts
Make Health & Safety a priority and demonstrate how you can keep yourself and others safe at work
Work with colleagues to suggest opportunities for improvement
