We are looking for a customer service assistant/order processer to provide customer service and administration support all set lighting and cables sales and rentals.


  • Tasks include discussing with production and crew lighting needs as well manage the rentals of equipment through one system billing, delivery, issues etc.
  • Sometimes you need to subhire certain bits of equipment out in order to rent out to production companies so good communication and negotiation skills are desirable.
  • Dealing with invoices and POS through SAP.
  • Order processing will be part of the role once trained.
3 Month Contract

25k Equivalent

5 days per week onsite at Warner Leavesden Studios

Salary:
£25,000.00 per year
