Finance Assistant - Beauty PR Agency


A global PR agency, focusing on the Beauty industry are looking for an experienced Finance Assistant to join their team of 4.

The role is based near Oxford Circus & offers hybrid working (3 days from home).


Finance Assistant - The Role:


  • Ensures regular invoice postings are completed accurately and on time.
  • Checking staff receipts & processing expense claims for accuracy on a monthly basis, ensuring they are completed on time in line with company deadlines.
  • Bank reconciliations.
  • Ensure Billing is chased down at month end and that all billing is completed in accordance with the finance timetable.
  • Review and collect all trade debtors as required.

Finance Assistant - The Person:


  • Previous finance experience within an agency enrvironment.
  • System use of Paprika is extremely advantageous.
  • Attentive & helpful personality.
  • Professional & diligent individual.
