Description
We are looking for a dynamic marketing assistant to strengthen our central team to drive forward our global marketing and business development strategy.
This role would suit someone with up to 3 years' marketing communications experience.It is a broad and varied role giving the ideal person the opportunity to learn and develop their knowledge and skills across the full marketing communications mix within a global context.

Key Responsibilities:
Below will give you insight into the responsibilities and initiatives you would be involved in:
- To support Communications Managers in the team with a variety of marketing communications activities including events, advertising, brochures, leaflets, sponsorship, direct marketing and multi-channel campaigns.
- To be involved in growing our social media presence by creating engaging content, managing our social media platform, Loomly and exploring other channels and ideas that will enable us to build brand awareness.
- To work with our PR Manager to coordinate media list, write and manage website news articles, and produce our Client E-Bulletin and LinkedIn Newsletter.
- To work closely with our Internal Communications Manager to produce content on company initiatives including activities relating to BDP Belonging, BDP Mind and BDP Lab forums.
- To be responsible for maintaining our business development collateral which includes project sheets, brochures and company bid information.
- To liaise with all our studios to assist with the implementation of initiatives requested by the business.
Essential Qualifications, Experience and Skills
- 2.1 Degree Qualified
- Few years of marketing communications experience
- Excellent verbal and copywriting skills
- Analytical and data orientated
- An aptitude for technology systems and processes
- Highly organised with attention to detail
