Join Our Team Adults Social Worker Needed

Are you passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of adults and their carers? Wirral Metropolitan Borough Council is looking for an enthusiastic Adults Social Worker to join our Community Team.

Role:
Adults Social Worker within Community Team

Location:
Wirral

Pay Rate:
£33 per hour

Responsibilities:

Implement Personalisation and Inclusion Pathways
Provide guidance to newly qualified social workers
Ensure adherence to the Care Act 2014

Requirements:

Qualified Social Worker (BA/MA in Social Work or equivalent)
Registered with Social Work England
Experience in adult social care settings preferred
