The Employer
The Employer are an M&E Contractor operating mainly in the Healthcare and Commercial Sectors and are considered as one of the Top 5 in the UK
The Role
The Electrical Project Manager will work on Projects that are based within a 50 mile radius of the offices with values up to £5m.
Electrical Project Manager - Responsibilities
- Arrange adequate resources for project delivery, safety and standards of work
- Monitor safety, liaising with directors, the Health and Safety team and site staff as required
- Monitor the competence of site staff and subcontractors in line with the company policies and procedures on safety, welfare and environment
- Oversee all aspects of site management on your site, offer support and adherence to agreed program/ quality and building regulations
- Manage effective communication between site and office
- Work to develop, mentor and train others
Electrical Project Manager - Position Requirements
- Previous Experience within the Commercial and/or Healthcare sectors
- Effective oral and written skills
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
- Very strong organisational skills
- Strong IT Skills
- Relevant Site Management/Technical Qualifications
- Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
- Selfmotivated
Position Remuneration
- Salary £45,000 to £50,000
- Car Allowance
- Statutory Pension
- 28 days holiday (including bank holidays)
